Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before working with Go to Graphics. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
Services Provided
We offer custom graphic design services, including but not limited to branding, stationery, digital asset creation, and visual content. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in your quote or proposal.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 5 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of the project and may vary if the scope changes. Additional revisions or services outside the original brief may incur extra fees, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project booking and confirm your place in my schedule. No work will commence until the deposit has been received. Payment of the deposit must be made within 5 business days of the invoice being issued. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the proposed booking date may be released.
Once the deposit has been paid, your booking is confirmed and the project cannot be cancelled for a refund. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of mind or business closure.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and prior to the release of final files. Payment of the final invoice must be made within 5 business days of issue. Final files will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
Late payments may delay project delivery and may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within 14 days of the final invoice, the project may be placed on hold and additional reactivation fees may apply.
Project Inactivity: If a client does not respond or provide requested materials for 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered on hold. Work will resume only upon receipt of necessary information and may incur additional fees or require a new invoice.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be charged at an hourly or fixed rate.
Turnaround Times
Estimated timeframes will be provided at the beginning of the project. Timely communication and feedback are essential to meet deadlines. Delays in client response may affect the overall timeline.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required content (such as logos, copy, or images) necessary for project completion.
Intellectual Property

Ownership of Final Designs: Upon full payment of all invoices, final approved designs are transferred to the client for their intended use. This includes usage in marketing, branding, digital or print applications, and other purposes outlined in the project scope.

Retention of Rights by Go to Graphics: Go to Graphics retains all rights to preliminary materials, including sketches, drafts, mockups, and any unused concepts. These materials remain the intellectual property of Go to Graphics and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed by the client without written permission.

Portfolio and Promotional Use: Go to Graphics reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials unless the client explicitly requests in writing that their project not be displayed.

Third-Party Assets: Any stock images, fonts, or other third-party materials incorporated into the designs are subject to their own licensing agreements. Go to Graphics ensures proper licensing for project use, but the client may need to adhere to those terms if using the assets outside the scope of the project.

Moral Rights and Attribution: Go to Graphics retains the right to attribution for the creation of the work, where appropriate, but will not interfere with the client’s lawful use of the final approved designs.
Cancellations and Refunds

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project booking. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of mind, client-initiated cancellation, or delayed communication.

Once the deposit is paid, the project cannot be cancelled for a refund. Any cancellation after the deposit has been paid does not release the client from their payment obligation.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the release of final files. Final files will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

In the unlikely event that Go to Graphics must cancel a project, any fees already paid by the client will be fully refunded.
File Delivery
Final files will be delivered in the formats agreed upon (e.g., PNG, JPEG, ESP, PDF, Canva templates). Editable files are available upon request for an additional fee, unless included in your package.
Liability
While Go to Graphics takes care to deliver high-quality work, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

Go to Graphics is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, arising from the use of designs.

Go to Graphics is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party services, software, or platforms used during the project.

It is the client’s responsibility to review, proofread, and approve all final materials before use. Go to Graphics is not liable for any issues that arise from the client’s failure to provide timely feedback or approval.

The client is solely responsible for any photos, videos, or other media assets provided for use in the project, including ensuring they have the right to use them and that they are accurate, complete, and suitable for the intended purpose. Go to Graphics is not liable for any copyright infringement, quality issues, or errors resulting from client-supplied media.

While every effort is made to meet deadlines, Go to Graphics cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, including delays in client approvals, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances.
Third Party Materials

If your project includes fonts, stock images, videos, or other licensed third-party assets, the client may be required to purchase or obtain the appropriate licenses for their intended use.

Go to Graphics will inform the client if any such licenses are required as part of the project.

Go to Graphics ensures that any licensed assets included in the project are properly licensed for the scope of work agreed, but the client is responsible for complying with any restrictions imposed by the asset provider.

Go to Graphics is not liable for any claims, fees, or legal issues arising from the client’s use of third-party assets beyond the agreed project scope or in violation of the asset license.
Changes to these terms
Go to Graphics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply to new or ongoing projects.
