Payment Terms

Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be charged at an hourly or fixed rate.
Turnaround Times
Estimated timeframes will be provided at the beginning of the project. Timely communication and feedback are essential to meet deadlines. Delays in client response may affect the overall timeline.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required content (such as logos, copy, or images) necessary for project completion.
Intellectual Property

Go to Graphics retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel the project after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional costs may apply depending on how much of the work has been completed. File Delivery
Final files will be delivered in the formats agreed upon (e.g., PNG, JPEG, ESP, PDF, Canva templates). Editable files are available upon request for an additional fee, unless included in your package.
Liability
While we take care to deliver high-quality work, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to design use, third-party errors, or delays. It is the client's responsibility to proofread and approve all final materials.
Third Party Materials
If your project includes fonts, stock images, or other licensed assets, you may need to purchase appropriate licenses. We’ll let you know if that applies.
Changes to these terms
Go to Graphics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply to new or ongoing projects.
